I'm Suyash Kalantre, a Supply Chain & Operations professional currently completing my MS in Engineering Management at Tufts University (GPA 3.95, graduating May 2026). I bridge engineering rigour with business strategy — from qualifying 20+ suppliers for a medical device NPI launch to redesigning inventory systems that unlocked $5M in surplus capital.

My experience spans medical devices, industrial manufacturing, and heat-transfer equipment across India and the US.
